Easy Sunday: Streusel Topped Cupcakes

This is what happens when you take a very long time off sitting behind a keyboard all day. I’m trying out some recipes from a book that I recently bought. This is the first one I’ve tried – Streusel Topped cupcakes. It did not please me much as Cookies and Cream Cheesecake did. Maybe I shouldn’t have made this with the cheesecake as I’m so overwhelmed by it. But it was worth the effort – they still enjoyed it!
